This formation creates a space where it becomes possible to see, listen to, and encounter one another. In my teaching practice, I typically acknowledge each participant and give everyone the opportunity to share—sometimes freely, by sharing personal news they wish to express, and at other times through a more guided invitation to reflect on a specific theme relevant to the session. Sharing may occur verbally, corporeally, or—most often—through a dynamic interplay of both modalities. The purpose of this practice is not only to foster a sense of togetherness but also to cultivate an embodied, creative community that forms through reciprocal relations and attunement to shared energies and ongoing processes.

Here, the ‘opening circle’ serves as the entry point to this commentary, inviting the reader to join me on the research journey. In this section, I introduce, situate, and outline the study, while also offering practical guidelines for engaging with the work.

The ‘Opening Circle’ Gathering in an opening circle is a traditional way to start dance […]

[12,5

post-69","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-dance-at-play","category-chapter-1
["GET
